Makes 1 serving



You can use a low fat margiarine instead of the butter, but I am a purist and prefer natural ingredients, but it works well either way.

Egg Scramble:
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Green Onion
1/2 Tomato
1/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp butter
1/4 cup crab
2 cups spinach
1/4 tsp garlic

  1. Saute Spinach in Butter and Olive Oil and Garlic

  2. Add green onion and crab when wilted

  3. Add in whisked eggs

  4. Add in tomato
