Recipe Ingredients for New York-Style Cheesecake

452 grams Fat Free Cream Cheese
226 grams Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
12 oz Fat Free Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
50 grams Graham Cracker Crumbs
100 grams SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
4 oz light butter

Recipe Directions for New York-Style Cheesecake

  1. Melt butter and mix with graham crumbs. Press in to bottom of an 8 or 9 inch springform pan. Refrigerate while making filling.

  2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour in to graham crust and bake for 10 minutes at 450, then 1 hour at 300. Cool completely before removing ring from pan. Refrigerate.
