8 oz light sour cream
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for New York Cheesecake Lighter version

  1. Cream sugar and cream cheese until smooth

  2. add eggs 1 at a time blending each well

  3. add sour cream and vanilla

  4. Blend

  5. Pour in large springform pan

  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

  7. open oven a little and let cake sit in oven for 1 additional hour

  8. Cool on counter

  9. Refrigerate overnight
