Really "hoppin' john" but we call it gumbo

Recipe Ingredients for New Year's Gumbo

28 oz Black Eyed Peas
1 Green Pepper, chopped
14 oz Tomatoes, chopped
4 cups Okra, frozen sliced
1 cup Ham, diced
2 tbsp Onion Salt
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1/2 c Tomato Juice
1 c Brown Rice, precooked

Recipe Directions for New Year's Gumbo

Chop veggies, Precook rice, and add all together in pot. Simmer.
