Recipe Ingredients for The new wok dish

55 g spinach
55 g capsicum
250 g chicken breast
1 tbsp oil
15 g jalapeno
10 g spring onion
200 g basmati rice

Recipe Directions for The new wok dish

  1. Wok the jalapeno/spring onion first for a few minutes, add some garlic as well (didn't add that did i ....) and then add the chicken. Wok that sucker up, maybe add some spice here to taste (I normally do some paprika on the chicken, good for colour) and then add a bit of chilli sauce and some water to make the sauce a bit runny (again, too taste)

  2. then rock on the rice and bobs your mothers brother.
