Recipe Ingredients for "New" Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 oz Barilla Plus penne
7 oz Starkist Flavor Fresh Pouch, Chunk Light Pouch in water, drained
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk, 1%
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, finely diced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
80 grams zucchini, sliced & quartered
80 grams Green Giant Select Baby Sweet Peas
83 grams Green Giant Select Broccoli Florets
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for "New" Tuna Noodle Casserole

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Boil and drain pasta per package directions.

  3. Mix soup, milk, and lemon juice. Add in pasta.

  4. Using a butter flavored cooking spray, saute garlic, onion, and carrots until softened, about 5 minutes.

  5. Add in zucchini, and saute for about 2 mintues. Mix in peas and broccoli and saute until almost cooked through. Be careful not to over cook!

  6. Add vegetables to pasta mixture along with seasonings. Mix together.

  7. Transfer to a baking dish that has been sprayed with a butter flavored cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes. Broil top for an additional 2 to 5 minutes if desired.
