fresh spring veg. in a cream sauce

Recipe Ingredients for New Soup

2 tablespoons of olive oil
6 small carrots
3 small potatoes
1/2 cup green beans
3/4 cup peas
1 small onion
1/2 cup broccoli
1 pint fat free half and half
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup parsley
2 tablespoon fresh thyme

Recipe Directions for New Soup

  1. Cut up veg and saute in oil

  2. Add broth, 1/2 of parsley, salt, pepper and thyme.

  3. Simmer until veggies are done.

  4. Add rest of parsley and half & half.

  5. Heat until hot.
