New Potatoes (skins on) and onions steamed

Recipe Ingredients for New potatoes and onions (Steamed)

12 new potatoes (scrubbed/with peels on/sliced)
1 Onion (medium/sliced)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for New potatoes and onions (Steamed)

  1. Scrub potatoes and leave peels on.

  2. Slice potatoes into @ 1/4 in. slices.

  3. Slice onion into @ 1/4 in. slices.

  4. Next, drizzle olive oil into hot skillet.

  5. Layer potatoes, onions, salt and pepper until all in. Cover withh lid and steam until all is tender on medium heat. (approximately 45 mins. depending on stove temp.
