Recipe Ingredients for New Potato Bake

2 pounds (small new) potatoes, halved (11352)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 (large) cloves garlic, unpeeled

Recipe Directions for New Potato Bake

  1. Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and drizzle with 1 - 2 teaspoons oil.

  2. Sprinkle on the remaining ingredients and use your hands to toss it all together until all potatoes are lightly coated with oil.

  3. Spread out in a single layer and bake in a 350 oven for 25 - 35 minutes. The garlic can be squeezed out of its skin and used as a spread for the potatoes.
