Made in bread machine. You can refriderate the dough for a few hours, or overnight before using. Can be frozen Note: the 6 grams of lite salt is one tsp of a 50% percent sodium chloride and potassium chloride mix like Morton's lite salt. If you don't have it use an additional tsp of regular salt.

Recipe Ingredients for New Pizza dough

1 2/3 cups warm water
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 grams lite salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp milled flax seed
2 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for New Pizza dough

  1. add ingredients to bread maker as directed by machine instructions.

  2. start dough cycle.

  3. Use dough to make two medium to large pizza's, depending on how thick you like you crust.

  4. Top as you wish.

  5. Bake in very hot oven (>450) on pizza stone or quarry tile for 10-12 minutes or until well browned
