Recipe Ingredients for A New Meatloaf

2/3 cups oats
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup spinach leaves, chopped
1/4 cup minced onion
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
1 tbsp horseradish
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup Heinz ketchup

Recipe Directions for A New Meatloaf

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. mist a loaf pan with olive oil

  3. combine oats and milk and let it sit until oats are softened, about 3 minutes

  4. add all other ingredients except the ketchup

  5. mix well

  6. press into pan and top with ketchup

  7. bake about 45 minutes or until a thermometer reaches 160 degrees/or the center is no longer pink

  8. let sit for 5-10 minutes

  9. cut into 8 slices; makes 4, 2-slice servings
