Recipe Ingredients for New Low Calorie Chili Rellenos - 233 Calories

1 1/2 pounds chicken
4 chili pepper
1/2 bell pepper
3 cups low fat cheese
1/4 cup milled flaxseed
4 oz Bite Size Rounds Tortilla Chips

Recipe Directions for New Low Calorie Chili Rellenos - 233 Calories

  1. Spray 9x13 glass pan with light cooking spray.

  2. Boil chicken until tender.

  3. Add peblano chili peppers and bell pepper to boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes or until soft. Remove and let cool.

  4. Shred chicken and place in bottom of 9x13 pan.

  5. Season chicken with chicken seasoning.

  6. Place sprinkle 1 cup cheese on chicken.

  7. Place peppers on chicken.

  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  9. Place in oven on 350 degrees until melted.

  10. Remove from oven and sprinkle broken chips on top.
