1.25 medium apple Apples
1 cup, whole Cranberries
2 serving Green Superfood Energy Powder

Recipe Directions for The "New Life" Juice Drink

  1. Juice eight large carrots

  2. Juice one half large beet

  3. Juice one half turnip

  4. Juice one half parsnip

  5. Juice five large celery stalks

  6. Juice one quarter rutabaga

  7. Juice one eighth head red cabbage.

  8. Juice five radishes

  9. Juice one large Granny apple

  10. Juice one cup cranberries (in season)
