2 Banana
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp yogurt
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 tsp Flax oil
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/4 tsp cayenne
32 g now sports whey protein isolate
2 tbsp coconut oil
