Recipe Ingredients for New Grapenut Pudding

1 Egg
1/2 cup Egg Whites
1/3 cup Sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups skim Milk
3/4 cups Grapenuts

Recipe Directions for New Grapenut Pudding

  1. Beat Egg and Egg Whites. Add sugar, salt and vanilla.

  2. Beat well.

  3. Scald milk on stove, or heat in Microwave for 3 mins.

  4. Add to other ingredients. Mix well.

  5. Pour into cooking sprayed casserole dish.

  6. Sprinkle Grapenuts evenly over the top. They sink.

  7. Bake at 350 for 45 mins or until formed.
