Recipe Ingredients for New-Fashioned Apple and Raisin Slaw

1/2 cup light sour cream
3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped apple
1 cup golden raisins
16 ounce shredded cabbage

Recipe Directions for New-Fashioned Apple and Raisin Slaw

Combine dressing ingredients and toss with cabbage, apples and raisins. Let sit and stir over 2 hours prior to serving. Great with pork!
