Recipe Ingredients for New Dill Potatoes

4 small new potatoes
1/2 cup of light cream
1/4 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of fresh dill
1/2 cup of onions

Recipe Directions for New Dill Potatoes

  1. Peel and cut new potatoe's into small chunks.

  2. Place in boiling salted water

  3. Cook until tender (about 10 minutes)

  4. Melt butter in frying pan

  5. Dice onions

  6. Add to fry pan with metled butter

  7. Cook onions until tender

  8. Add dill

  9. Add potatoes

  10. Add cream

  11. Heat Through
