Recipe Ingredients for New Basic Blueberry Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup fat free half and half
6 tbs non fat milk
3 tbs light brown sugar
2 tbs canola oil
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
3/4 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for New Basic Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Toss together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt

  2. In another bowl sitr half and half, milk brown sugar, oil, egg beaters, vanilla and lemon zest until smooth

  3. Stir liquids into dry ingredients until smooth. fold in blueberries and let batter stand loosely covered 20 minutes.
