Recipe Ingredients for Never fail whole wheat pie crust

2 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups vegetable shortening
1/4 tsp salt
1 T sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Never fail whole wheat pie crust

  1. Mix flours, salt and sugar.

  2. Cut in shortening until very fine.

  3. Add beaten egg and vinegar to water, bring total volume to 1 cup.

  4. Mix liquids into flour. Adjust w flour if too sticky but should be pretty good.
