Cook potato in cubes 1.5'' x 1.5''. Let it cool off. Prepare a mayonnaise: Cook 2 eggs. In a bowl, mix 1 raw egg yolk with 2 cooked egg yolks, add oil slowly (1.2 - 1 tbsp at a time) and stir non-stop, keep adding the oil little by little, then add the lime juice, pepper and salt. Stir. After potatoes have cooled off, mix the potatoes (without mashing them so they keep their shape) with the mayonnaise.
