Yummy Veg roasted up and tasting good!

Recipe Ingredients for Nerys' Roasted Veg

1/2 green bell pepper
1 large carrot
1/2 cup cabbage
1 cup green beans
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup chayote
60 serving Summer Squash
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 dash salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 dash cumin
1 dash oregano

Recipe Directions for Nerys' Roasted Veg

Dice all veg to about 1/2 inch cubes, toss with vinegar , sugar, spices and oil. Let sit for 1/2 hour. Bung in a 200degree pre heated oven for about 1/2 hour, tossing veg half way through to cook evenly.
