Recipe Ingredients for Nenni's Italian Turkey Sausage

2 pounds turkey, very low fat, ground
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon fennel seed
1 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons dry white wine

Recipe Directions for Nenni's Italian Turkey Sausage

Combine the ground turkey with the garlic powder, fennel seed, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and parsley; grind through a coarse plate. Mix in the white wine and grind again. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the seasonings to infuse into the meat before cooking or freezing. Divide evenly into 9 portions and freeze.
