Recipe Ingredients for N'egg salad

4 avocados
1/2 large vidalia onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 1/2 cups celery
1 1/2 cups pickles
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1 tbs honey
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for N'egg salad

  1. Chop avocados into chunks, dice peppers, red onion, pickles and celery.

  2. In blender mix macadamia nuts and rest of ingredients pour over avo mix.
