This fruit salad makes the most of juicy sunset-fleshed nectarines and fresh blackberries and raspberries. Simply top with a spoonful or two of thick Greek yogurt, preferably the nonfat kind. Ingredients:

2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
2 nectarines, sliced into wedges
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Recipe Directions for Nectarine and Berry Fruit Salad

  1. Whisk lemon juice, orange juice and honey until blended.

  2. Place cut nectarines and berries in a serving bowl. Drizzle citrus and honey mixture over fruit. Toss gently to combine. Scatter mint on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
