vegan version of meatballs very good mixed in a pasta dish makes 18 balls

Recipe Ingredients for Neatballs

1 1/2 cups tvp
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp parsley
1 egg white
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Neatballs

  1. reconsttitute the tvp

  2. mix all other ingredients form into balls

  3. bake at 350 for 20-30 mins until browned
