Recipe Ingredients for Nearly Non-fat Mashed Potatoes

6 medium red potatoes
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 tbs prepared horseradish
1 tbs salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Nearly Non-fat Mashed Potatoes

  1. chop potatoes ( I leave skins on)

  2. boil potatoes until soft then drain

  3. place in a bowl with all other ingredients and mix together with electric or stand mixer
