A much lighter, Florentine style chicken soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Neal's Homemade Chicken Florentine Noodle Soup

32 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 serving Publix Baby Spinach
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 serving Publix Whole White Mushrooms
2 fruit without seeds Lemons
6 Teaspoon Juice
8 serving Publix Extra Wide No-Egg Pasta Ribbons
6 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Neal's Homemade Chicken Florentine Noodle Soup

Season chicken to your liking, broil chicken at 400 degrees for about 45 mins. Create stock with the Scallions, Lemons, Lemon Juice, and Lemon Zest. After the chicken is complete, cool to room temperature. Once cooled, pull apart to small pieces. Boil pasta separately to preserve consistency. About 12 minutes to serving time, you add the Baby Spinach and your chicken to the broth. You can simmer the soup for as long as you like. This is simply to infuse the flavors into the broth. Once ready to serve, put your serving of noodles in the bowl, and pour the soup over it. And there you have it.
