Recipe Ingredients for Nay's Vino Berry Smoothie

1 cup Soymilk Unsweetened
113 1/2 grams Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
4 fl oz Apple Grape Juice
129 1/2 grams Cherries, Sweet
0.5 cup Sliced Peaches
0.5 cup, chunks Pineapple
0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.5 cup, seedless Grapes, Red Or Green (European Type Varieties, Such As, Thompson Seedless)

Recipe Directions for Nay's Vino Berry Smoothie

  1. 1st of all take fresh grapes off the vine and freeze overnight. I prefer to freeze my own fresh fruit.

  2. Put all frozen fruit in blender and chop at high speed. Add 100% fruit juices and soy milk and blend until smoothe. Add ice if you'd like.

  3. Makes 1 - 32 oz or 4 - 8 oz servings.
