1 cup Soymilk Unsweetened
0.5 cup Sliced Peaches
0.5 cup Blueberries
0.5 cup Pineapple Chunks
0.5 cup, thawed Cherries, Sweet

Recipe Directions for Nay's Rise & Shine Fruit Smoothie

  1. Blend (Chop) peaches, pineapples, and soy milk on high until smoothe.

  2. Add blueberries, and cherries blend until smooth.

  3. Blend in 1/2 cup of fruit juice on low.
