1 cup chicken broth
2 mushrooms
1 slice vidalia onion
1 tsp parmesian cheese
1 salt and pepper to taste

  1. Saute mushrooms and onions using a spray to coat the pan, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add the rinsed beans and then the broth and bring to a boil.
