Recipe Ingredients for navratan korma

1/4 lb green beans
1/4 lb green peas
1/8 lb carrots
1/8 lb potato
1/4 lb bell pepper
1/4 lb cauliflower
1/4 lb beets
1/4 lb onion
1/16 lb cayenne(red,dried,raw)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper ( whole )
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
4 tbsp coconut (dried or fresh,grated)
4 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for navratan korma

  1. cut the vegetables in to bite size and boil them in water .

  2. keep 1/2 onion sliced aside mix the rest of the spice masala to a fine paste.

  3. Fry the sliced onions in a saucepan after they become a little brown in color add the masala paste and fright mail for four minutes add the boiled vegetables along with some water and cook till the sauce becomes thick.

  4. It can fry the paneer pieces and add it in the end

  5. garnish with fresh green coriander
