Recipe Ingredients for Navajo Bean Dip

15 oz corn (drained)
15 oz black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 large red onion, diced
1 cloves of garlic, finely chopped (I use garlic press)
1 tomato, cut into 1/4? chunks
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and chopped
2 tsp. Ground cumin
1/4 cup cilantro,finely chopped
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Navajo Bean Dip

Mix all and let sit in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
