32 oz Tomato and Basil Sauce
1 egg
1 egg white
1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lb Mozzerella Cheese - Low Moisture

Recipe Directions for Naunnie's homemade chicken parmesan

  1. slice up chicken breasts into thin slices about 11-12, then dip in water and dredge in flour, then dip in egg mixture and dredge in breadcrumbs, add to skillet with hot olive oil over medium flame, cook for about 4 min on each side, put on paper towels when done to get rid of excess oil. Repeat process until all breasts are cooked and ready to bake. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Take 9 x 13 pan or larger and add a little sauce over the bottom of pan, place in cutlets to cover the pan, over cutlets add sauce and sprinkle either mozzerella shredded or place slices of mozz over cutlets. Optional, sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and bake in oven for 30 minutes until cheese is golden brown and melted.
