Recipe Ingredients for Nature's Path Flax Plus muffins with raisins and almonds

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cups brown sugar, packed
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tbsp margarine
3 cups cereal, flax flakes
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup blanched almonds, sliced

Recipe Directions for Nature's Path Flax Plus muffins with raisins and almonds

Mix together in large bowl the first 5 ingredients. In a separate bowl mix the next 3 ingredients, mix. Then add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir. Then add last 3 ingredients, stir. Then scoop 1/4 cup into each cup in muffin tin. Bake at 400 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
