Makes 1 serving

Completely natural and organic recipe for runners/walkers that is also gluten free!

Recipe Ingredients for Natures Pasta

1 tbsp chopped Chives
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 serving OlivExtra Canola Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 grams Dandelion Greens
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 oz dry Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Milled Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Natures Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package! It is by Hodgson Mill and is gluten free.

  2. When I cooked the pasta I also added a dash of salt and a tspn of Smart Balance butter spread.

  3. After pasta is cooked strain it and place it in a saute pan and add the rest of the ingredients. You can also use danelion blooms instead of greens which is what I originally used. The blooms must be seperated from the rest of the plant though. Also add another tspn of Smart Balance spread and dash of salt. I also used field garlic instead of spring onions. Which grow wild in fields and pastures. Note that the addition of Dandelion is very important in this dish for runners. Its is ten times more potent that spinach and carots put together! It also helps with allergies.

  4. Enjoy!
