This is a recipe completely organic and natural that is also gluten free!

Recipe Ingredients for Natures Pasta

1 tbsp chopped Chives
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 serving OlivExtra Canola Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 grams Dandelion Greens
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Natures Pasta

  1. I cooked the pasta according to the package. While cooking I added 1 tblspn of butter by Smart Balance and a dash of salt.

  2. After the noodles were cooked I placed them in a saute pan with a tspn of chives, parsley, and field garlic. I also added a tbspn of Smart Balance butter, dash of salt, sprinkle of dandelion blooms(seperated from the rest of the plant), and a tspn of olive oil. I heated this up in the pan till all was melted and heated enough.

  3. This makes a really good lunch for runners, or walkers. The Dandelion is an important ingredient because of its potency and vitamens. It gave me the carbs I needed for my run!
