Fresh homemade Chili using only real foods without any processed carbs or sugars

Recipe Ingredients for Natural Chili

4 tbsp Salt, Table
4 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
16 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Patty
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
3 clove Garlic
8 medium raw Tomato Roma
4 pepper Pepper, Serrano
3 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Pepper, Black
5 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared

Recipe Directions for Natural Chili

In Large pot add beans, fill pot with water and add some salt. Cover and cook on med/high heat for 2 hours. Strain beans and set aside, in large pot brown hamburger. Stir all the remaining ingredients into the pot with the cooked hamburger, bring to a boil and cook for hour. Last add the 5 cups chicken stock, stir and let cook on med heat for 1 hour.
