Recipe Ingredients for NattyJ's Turkey Cream Cheese Enchiladas with Fat Free Cream Cheese

330 g ground turkey
4 oz Cream Cheese
120 4/5 g fat free sour cream
4 oz Green Chilies
7 1/5 6" Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 10ct
1/2 cup salsa
2 oz kraft fat free shredded Cheese
32 g Fajita Seasoning Mix

Recipe Directions for NattyJ's Turkey Cream Cheese Enchiladas with Fat Free Cream Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. In a large skillet, brown turkey with fajita seasoning mix.

  3. In same skillet, combine the turkey, 4 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream and can of green chilis. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese is melted.

  4. Place about 3/4 cup of the turkey mixture in the center of each of the 12 tortillas. Fold the tortillas in half and close. Place the enchiladas in a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour the salsa on top of the enchiladas and then sprinkle evenly with 2 oz cheese.

  5. Bake the enchiladas at 350 F, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

  6. Serves 6, 2 enchiladas per serving
