Recipe Ingredients for NattyJ Low-Cal Six Weeks Bran Muffins

15 ounce Bran Flakes Cereal
5 cups flour
3 cups Sweetener
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 quart Fat-Free Buttermilk
1 1/2 cups applesauce
4 eggs, beaten
4 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe Directions for NattyJ Low-Cal Six Weeks Bran Muffins

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Mix all wet ingredients.

  3. Mix all wet and dry ingredients together. Use a very large bowl!

  4. Bake at 350F for about 18-23 minute till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Store leftover batter in fridge.
