2 tbsp butter
2 large potatoes
2 leeks
5 oz evaporated milk
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Nat's Potato Leek Soup

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.

  2. Add potatoes and leeks and saute for 5 minutes.

  3. Add water and simmer 20 minutes or until soft.

  4. Add evaporated milk and blend to puree.
