Recipe Ingredients for Natasha's Hommade Tomato Sauce

30 oz tomatoes, crushed
1 green bell pepper
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Natasha's Hommade Tomato Sauce

  1. saute onions and garlic until onion is clear and garlic is lightly browned

  2. add about 1 tspn of red pepper flakes, fryup for about 1 minutes

  3. add peppers and saute for another 3-5 minutes

  4. add crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper

  5. bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes.
