Great with breakfast or dinner, a take on roasted potatoes you can do in a pan on the stove.

Recipe Ingredients for Natalie's Pan Potatoes

4 medium potatoes
1/2 medium onion
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Natalie's Pan Potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into medium chunks.

  2. Chop onion.

  3. Chop garlic.

  4. Toss into pan with olive oil and seasonings.

  5. Saute on medium heat about 10-15 minutes.

  6. Heat on high for the last few seconds to brown the outsides of the potatoes.

  7. Enjoy!
