A variation on Chelsea's mashed potatoes, sans avocado. Super delicious and amazing!

Recipe Ingredients for Natalie's Mashed Potatoes

2 medium potatoes
1 sweet potato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons fat free cottage cheese
1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp fat free sour cream
1 clove fresh garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Natalie's Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water.

  2. Mash in large metal bowl with remaining ingredients.

  3. Place metal bowl in original pot and steam to melt cheeses and for smooth consistency.

  4. Stir and serve fluffy!
