12 oz canned chicken breast
1 c. grapes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. chopped green onion
3 tablespoons fat-free miracle whip
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. dill
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Natalie's Chicken Salad

  1. Mix all well in a bowl.

  2. Serve with high-fiber wraps or over mixed field green salad.

  3. Also works well with Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing.
