Recipe Ingredients for Natalie's Alfredo

3 oz. dry Whole Wheat Spaghetti
4 oz. cooked chicken breast
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
1 large tomato
2 tbsp. Fat Free half and half
1 oz. Asiago Cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Natalie's Alfredo

  1. chop tomato

  2. add spices

  3. saute tomato, chicken, and mushrooms with some cooking spray while pasta boils according to directions

  4. When pasta is cooked, drain, and combine with sauted tomato sauce

  5. add Cheeses and cream. Allow mixture to heat all the way through again.

  6. Enjoy!
