1/8 peaches, peeled, cut into 1/4 chunk
1/16 cantaloupe, peeled, sliced into 1/2 inch wedge
1/8 pear, peeled, sliced into 1/4 chunks
1 seedless grapes
1/16 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. prosciutto, slice
1/16 head of iceberg lettuce

Recipe Directions for Natalia Suarez- CUL 115

  1. peel peach and remove pit, cut into 1/4 chunks, separate one aside

  2. peel cantaloupe, cut in half and slice one 1/2 inch long wedge-separate 1/2 inch long wegde

  3. peel pear, cut into into 1/4 chunks, separate 1/4 chunk aside

  4. wash grapes and cut them into half, separate 1 grape and cut in half.

  5. combine peach chunk, pear chunk, cantaloupe wedge and grape

  6. sprinkle with lime juice and allow to stand for 10-30 minutes

  7. wash iceberg lettuce and separate into large whole leaves

  8. cut prociutto into a nice elegant strip

  9. wrap fruit chunks with strip of prosciutto

  10. fasten with a toothpick

  11. serve slightly chilled over bed of lettuce leaves
