Recipe Ingredients for Nappa Cabbage Salad

1 pound Napa cabbage
2 tbls sesame seeds (one tbls each white and black)
8 oz orange sections
4 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil (chili flavored)
2 tbls sesame oil (toasted)
2 tbls peanut oil (Loriva)
2 tbls orange juice

Recipe Directions for Nappa Cabbage Salad

Shred cabbage; toast sesame seeds in hot skillet until white seeds are golden. Add two Clementines, sections cut in half. (can also add cilantro & chives or scallions). Toss with the rest of the ingredients (dressing).
