Also called Chinese Salad Original recipe uses chicken ramen. Oriental is for vegetarian version.

Recipe Ingredients for Napa Salad

1 lb Napa cabbage, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
85 g Ramen Noodles, oriental
1/4 cup almonds, slivered and toasted
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Napa Salad

  1. Mix toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and ramen noodles with napa and onions.

  2. Mix ramen flavor packet (can also use chicken flavor), sugar, salt, and white wine vinegar.

  3. Microwave on high 30 seconds to dissolve sugar.

  4. Whisk in oil.

  5. Best if dressing is made the day before.

  6. Pour over salad just before serving.
