3 medium carrots

  1. heat olive oil in a frying pan

  2. peel and cut carrots into chunks and steam first or

  3. peel or shred carrot into chopped up Napa Cabbage

  4. Chopped onion

  5. Add all to frying pan cook until desired consistency.
