Recipe Ingredients for Nan's Meat Loaf

1 lb. ground beef
1 slice white bread
1/2 cup skim milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup

Recipe Directions for Nan's Meat Loaf

  1. Heat oven to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Form into a loaf in a shallow pan.

  4. Drizzle ketchup on top.

  5. Bake one hour. Divide into 8 slices.
